Converse x Hi Tri Panel Chuck 70 Renew

Converse’s Renew line may have started with denim, but it’s now working on creating environmentally friendly sneakers out of the brand’s famous canvas. These high-top Chuck Taylors, with their asymmetric earthly colourway, do exactly that. The canvas is made from 20% recycled waste and isn’t restricted to just covering the uppers this time; it’s also found on the toe cap and around the foxing tape, in place of the usual rubber. The eco theme extends underfoot, too, with the outsole being made from regrind rubber – a process that involves recycling the manufacturing waste from other production lines – to ensure the environmental impact of each component is considered.Canvas UppersHigh Foxing TapeRubber Outsole
