Completedworks - Squish Squash candlesticks

Fully embodying the doughy sensation implied by their name, Completedworks Squish Squash candlesticks shape tough ceramic into seemingly soft and supple folds for a set that flows elegantly, despite its material. The candlesticks are taken from the Fold collection, which — through ceramics, pearls and precious stones — traces elements of choreography while simultaneously alluding to chance and serendipity. The result is a duo in which creases and bends are combined for a dramatic silhouette that conveys movement and fluidity, and equally nods to the application of drapery in the history of painting.
