Vitra - Girard Bird decorative object

Brought to life by Vitra in collaboration with the Girard family, the Girard Bird is inspired by an avian figure featured in a collection of sculptures created by the American design Alexander Girard in 1945. Cut from solid maple wood, this figure is able to stand on its feet or tail, and presents slightly reduced features to that of its predecessor.
