Phlemuns is the Los Angeles label James Flemons started in 2013 after studying at FIDM. It began with denim and grew into gender-inclusive ready-to-wear, with slouchy cargo trousers, boxy jackets and jersey T-shirts in unexpected cuts and loud prints. Flemons has dressed or made custom pieces for Solange, Lil Nas X, Lizzo, Rico Nasty and Kali Uchis.
