Nike Tennis, more commonly known as NikeCourt, combines over forty-five years of tennis heritage and performance excellence. With a rich catalogue of designs made to play on the court and take stride off-court, Nike's insertion into the tennis market was just before the iconic Battle of the Sexes match between tennis legends Billie Jean King and Bobby Riggs, in which King won three sets and propelling women's tennis forward by leaps and bounds. Slowly but surely, Nike's involvement in the sport allowed them to dig their heels and sponsor tennis superstars such Serena and Venus Williams, enriching the sport with athletic wear that was well-designed and impeccably functional.
