Aztech Mountain

Heifara Rutgers, who grew up skiing in Aspen before a decade at Marc Jacobs and LVMH, founded Aztech Mountain there in 2013 with David Roth, to make skiwear that looks as sharp on a New York street as it performs on a double-black run. The Olympic champion Bode Miller later joined as chief innovation officer, and the collection runs from technical shells and insulated jackets to base layers and knits.
