In the modern landscape of post-Soviet Russia, PACCBET is a joint effort between designer Gosha Rubchinskiy and pro-skater Tolia Titaev showcasing the cultural rebirth of the Russian youth. PACCBET in Cyrillic, or more accurately read as RASSVET in English, is the Russian word for "sunrise," depicted in the logo and in the symbolism as a new beginning of creativity, executed by Rubchinskiy with intelligent use of iconography and referential design.
