Borne of a friendship forged in their high school days in Shanghai, Liushu Lei and Yutong Jiang's womenswear label ShuShu/Tong draws directly from the designer duo's past experiences to fuel its collections. Sharing memories since their childhood, the pair flew to London to study fashion and launched their brand in 2015. Collectively bringing experiences they've separately garnered at Simone Rocha and Gareth Pugh, ShuShu/Tong exudes unabashed femininity in its many forms. Interesting silhouettes that embrace youthful joy, their collection is littered with decidedly "girly" features such as bows and ruffles but execute them with an unmatched cool, elevating it from childish ornamentation to feminine charm.
