Common Projects

Art director Prathan Poopat and consultant Flavio Girolami founded Common Projects in New York in 2004 and set the template for the luxury sneaker with the Achilles Low: a plain leather tennis shoe, made in Italy, whose only branding is a row of gold-stamped numbers on the heel giving its style, size and colour. The line now runs to trainers, boots and loafers for men and women.
