Aloye

Japan

2011

aloye.jp

Japanese unisex clothing label ALOYE is, above all, visually pleasing—thanks to the principles instilled into the brand by the founders, three elusive graphic designers. Inspired by color, shape, and a sharp eye for cohesion, the brand began as a nine-piece collection of shirts sold online, and gradually grew in to a highly coveted catalogue of garments. With their name taken from the Walloon term for "skylark," the brand constantly aims to remind that their clothes are light and airy, comfortable and freeing, their cut and sew method a staple in their aesthetic.
