Stussy

Stüssy began in Laguna Beach, California, in the early 1980s, when the surfboard shaper Shawn Stussy started printing the signature he wrote on his boards onto T-shirts. The scrawled logo became one of the first streetwear marks, and the brand's international tribe of shops and friends helped shape skate, hip hop and club style worldwide. Shawn Stussy left in 1996. Now based in Irvine, California, the company makes graphic T-shirts, fleece, outerwear and accessories.
